Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum, and there is no surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are delivered in 3 to 4 days, door to door.

When your order leaves us

We send orders out once a day. Orders placed before the daily cut-off go out the same day; anything after that goes out the next day.

Ordering for Halloween

To have your order before October 31st, place it by October 26th. That gives the delivery time enough room.

If you order after the 26th and the parcel arrives after Halloween, our Halloween promise applies: you get a full refund and you keep the item. You can read it in full in our return and refund policy.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you have not received one within two days of ordering, email support@porchlightnights.com and we will find it for you.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is lost, delayed past what we promised, or arrives damaged, email support@porchlightnights.com. We answer every message.
