What it costs

Free, on every order. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no minimum to reach.

How long it takes

Three to four days from your order to your door. That is the real window from our fulfilment partner, not a hopeful one. We would rather tell you a number we can keep than a number that sounds better.

The Halloween cutoff

October 26. Order by then and it arrives before Halloween. Order after, and we still ship as fast as we can, but we will not promise you a date we cannot keep. If we ship late and it misses Halloween, see the Halloween promise on our Returns page.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. If nothing has arrived seven days after that email, contact us and we will chase it.

If it goes missing or arrives broken

That is our problem, not yours. Tell us and we replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to argue with a courier on our behalf.

Who packs your order

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner rather than from a room in our house. That is how shipping stays free and why the window is three to four days.
