- Where is my order? Include your order number and we will pull the tracking.
- It arrived broken or wrong. Send a photo. You will not need to post anything back.
- I want to return it. Read Returns and refunds first, then write to us and we will send you the return address.
- Is this safe for my kid? Ask. We would rather talk you out of a sale than have you find out at the door.
Who you are writing to
Porchlight is a small shop, not a warehouse chain. It is run by one person, and orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, which is how a light-up bucket reaches your door in three to four days with shipping free.
We sell one idea: a child who carries a light is a child a driver can see. Everything here is built around that, and the honest limits are written on the product pages rather than hidden at the bottom.
